Bold and exciting plan from Copaken. Some initial resistance to height. Really wish we could get away from parking podiums, but economics.

REVERB, as it is now known has been clearly revised. Some observations…

  • The copper/orange stepping façade has been revised to be silver.
  • Some balconies were removed
  • The wavy façade, along Walnut, has been removed
  • Retail space is up to 2000SF

I’m still hoping this thing looks cool when completed.

Retail space now being marketed on Loopnet. No lease rate given but the space totals out to be 1,827 square feet.

Big fan of these windows.
