I’ve got something I’ve been thinking about the last couple of days. so we know two light is on its way, is four light next? i mean, another building next to the uncapped freeway with three light, or four light next to the president hotel, a newly redone P&L building, it would face broadway where less than a block from 4L is sandwiched between two newly finished hotels. we have to think theres some storefront activity at the intersection of broadway and 14th by now, why not?

Think you’re meaning Baltimore, but could be possible. Streetcar line does run down Main St, which Three Light would face at Truman.
