I’ve got something I’ve been thinking about the last couple of days. so we know two light is on its way, is four light next? i mean, another building next to the uncapped freeway with three light, or four light next to the president hotel, a newly redone P&L building, it would face broadway where less than a block from 4L is sandwiched between two newly finished hotels. we have to think theres some storefront activity at the intersection of broadway and 14th by now, why not?

Think you’re meaning Baltimore, but could be possible. Streetcar line does run down Main St, which Three Light would face at Truman.

Finally!! Its Topped out!
Two light should start in The fall.

One Light topped out as Two Light moves forward in Kansas City

Believe Two Light isn’t planned to start until next year.

Video of the Mayor from the One Light topping ceremony:

Alludes to a number of things on the drawing board that haven’t been announced yet, and adds "when everything is done, this will be a truly unique downtown area.

Sign going up today.

Does anyone know how many tenants One Light has so far?

Also does anyone know what restaurant they are putting in on the first floor?

Sidewalk along Walnut has reopened.

anyone know when two light is to open?

I mean begin construction. Also heard that three light is already in the talks so let’s start a thread for that

Believe Two Light is still planned to get started “early” this year.
