KC Biz Journal Little park could pack a big punch for Crossroads
The proposal is included in CityScape Residential’s plans for new apartment buildings abutting the park. The Indianapolis-based developer’s Crossroads West project will add 275 to 300 apartment units near the park.
CityScape would be the owner and operator of the park, Stockman said, and the proposal helped solidify the developer’s interest in the site.
This just went out to bid for subs. Mid-November is when bids are due. I would say anticipated construction will begin early next year.
Announcement of funding for the project, in addition to Apex and Summit. Looks as if there has been some demolition work in the area recently.

The article also states that they “have additional sites under contract in the Kansas City, Mo. market.”
I would be curious to know what else they have planned for the market.
