Project is moving forward receiving blight designation, will seek 10 yr/100% + 5 yr/50% abatement.

The developer is ready to go, they are just waiting on environmental clearance. I think they are preparing to hit the ground running after they get that.

Pre-demo premits have been filed – looks like construction should get underway this summer.
