I wish we could have more information on this by now. I know it’s been a few months but still, I just think we should’ve heard something else on this by now. I just wonder if the developer is having the design revised. If that’s the case, I hope a revision doesn’t make the new building lose the angled facades.

This project has grown in size. Instead of 360 parking spaces, there will be 400. Square footage of the office building has also gone up from 70,000SF to 100,000SF. Total development costs for the Office/Garage Component increased from $29.0 million to $42.6 million (+ $13.6 Million). Be expecting new renderings.

Project is up to ~150,000sqft now.

The building was slightly redesigned. Height and size remain the same. LCRA approved of the industrial revenue bonds totaling $70 million among other things. The Biz Journal has a story up about it.
