Corrigan Station plan appears in Crossroads, historic building will become office space
Almost out of nowhere, a new project sign appeared on the corner of 19th & Main St this afternoon. Notably placed in the current surface parking lot adjacent to the historic Corrigan Building, the sign depicts a new development for the lot and building.
The sign was first posted to Twitter by the Executive Director of Kansas City Streetcar Authority, Tom Gerend:

The project, which looks to be under active development, would partly sit along the under-construction Downtown Streetcar line. The name ‘Corrigan’ stems from Thomas Corrigan who helped bring Kansas City’s original streetcar system to prominence.
The KC Business Journal has learned a bit more.
The buildings will serve primarily as office space and will include a 360-space parking garage.
